Skeleton for builders and small businesses
Tell the AI your business once.
Keep your prices, policies, customers and the way you write in your Skeleton. Share it with Claude, ChatGPT and the agents you set up, so they work from your real business instead of guessing, and you decide what each one can see and change.

01 · The problem
Every AI tool is guessing about your business.
Ask an AI to answer a customer or write a pricing page and it sounds sure of itself. It doesn't know your prices, your cancellation rule or how you talk to people, so it fills the gaps with what most businesses do. Your Skeleton gives it the real thing, and says where each fact came from.

02 · Connect your business
Share your Skeleton, so every tool starts from your real business.
Upload your price list and policies, write down how you like to talk to customers, and connect the tools the business runs on. Skeleton keeps it all together, with where each record came from, and shares only the part a task needs.

Read when a task needs it
Nothing reads your Stripe or Calendly on a timer. A tool is read when you ask for something, or when a routine you set up runs.
Only the spaces you choose
Give ChatGPT your studio space and nothing else. Change what each app can see, or revoke it, at any time.
03 · Build with it
Pages, forms and quotes built from your real prices.
When you build with an AI tool, it reads the price list and policies in your Skeleton instead of asking you again or making them up. Change a price once, and the next page, reply or quote any tool writes uses the new one.

04 · Answer customers
Replies in your voice, from your own answers.
A new enquiry comes in. Your AI reads your prices, FAQ and timetable, writes the reply the way you would, and tells you which documents it used.
Your answers, written once
Put your FAQ, policies and a short guide to your voice in your Skeleton. Every draft starts from them.
Every draft shows its sources
Each fact in a reply points to the document it came from, so you can check it before you send.
You press send
The reply stays a draft until you send it. You choose which actions through connected tools, like a Stripe refund, wait for your approval.

Hi, could you run a pottery workshop for 10 of our staff some evening in October? What would it cost, and when would we get the pieces back?
Draft reply
In your house voiceHi Lena, we’d love to have you. Team workshops are £38 a person for two hours, with clay and firing included, for groups of 8 to 141. Pieces are glazed and fired, and ready to collect two weeks later2. We have Wednesday 15 or 22 October free from 6:30pm3. Which suits you better? Maya

05 · Agents and routines
Hand the weekly jobs to an agent that knows the business.
Make an agent with a name, a face and a contract you write. Give it routines for the jobs that come round every week: a Monday digest of bookings and payments, drafted replies to new enquiries, a monthly check of your FAQ. It works from your Skeleton, reports each thing it finished with the document attached, and anything it wants to change in your records comes to you as a proposal.

Each routine is
- 01A skill written in plain English and saved in your Skeleton
- 02A schedule you set
- 03The tools it needs. If one isn’t connected, it waits and tells you
It shows what it made
Each finished step names the thing it produced, a digest, a draft or a proposed change, so you can open it.
It waits for what it needs
If a routine needs Stripe and Stripe isn't connected, the routine pauses and tells you what to set up.
Approve from your phone
The Skeleton app sends a notification when an agent asks, with a one-tap approve or deny.
Its own machine in the cloud
Early accessCloud agent sessions are in early access. Each one runs in its own sandboxed machine, never on shared application servers.
06 · Benchmarks
The cost stays flat as your records grow.
The obvious way to give an AI your business is to paste everything into the prompt. We measured that against Skeleton on the same questions. Pasting gets more expensive and less accurate as the records pile up. Skeleton sends the records a question needs, so the cost of each answer stays the same.

Planted attacks that reached the model
168 per approach across four kinds of attack, on GPT-5.6 Luna. No attack was detected succeeding against any approach; this counts attacks that reached the model at all.
Lower is better
Internal benchmark on synthetic accounts, September 2026. Not yet independently verified. Not yet publication ready under our own statistical checks. The accounts hold a made-up person’s records, from 30 to 1,000; no business account was tested. Pasting was simulated by putting every record in the prompt; no chat app or project was tested. No attack was detected succeeding against any approach; the count is attacks that reached the model.
